    The answer is apparition that is how Dumbledore gets around also with Fawkes the phoenix.

    but there are other ways of getting around for wizards like floo powder, vanishing Cabinet,Portkey flying incudes broomstick's Thestrals, flying carpets, flying motorcycles and flying cars.and ground travel is hogwarts express, the knight bus and ministry cars. The last way to get around is toliet net work.
